Your purchase

These terms apply to the English-language VoiceByIndigo products offered on learn.voicebyindigo.com, including Speak Clearly Workbook and other English-language workbooks, editions, packs and offer variants. This list is not exhaustive. The application associated with these English-language speech practice offers is Voice Reboot (Talk). Optional products include workbook packs and the complete 11-workbook English library. Each offer page and the information shown before you confirm the purchase identify the specific product, its language, the included materials, the associated application where applicable, and the price. These general terms do not add products or services that are not included in the offer you accept. Buying a PDF does not by itself include a subscription to the application’s exercises. Workbooks and optional offers

The standard entry workbook price is US$1.99, paid once. If a discount is offered, the final price is shown before you confirm the purchase. Buying a workbook does not start a subscription. After purchase, optional offers may appear; each requires a separate acceptance. Declining an offer does not create a charge. Every PDF included in your purchase is available to download from Voice Reboot (Talk): the entry workbook, the workbooks in a purchased pack, and all 11 workbooks if you purchase the complete English library or the eleven-workbook bundle. You can save the PDFs to your device and use them offline. Access to and downloads of purchased PDFs do not require an active application subscription. Buying an individual workbook or pack does not include other PDFs outside that purchase.

Application subscriptions

Voice Reboot (Talk) is the application associated with Speak Clearly and the other English-language speech practice offers covered by these terms. The Speak Clearly application offer may include a 3-day free trial followed by US$49 per month. Its alternative offer, when displayed, is a 5-day free trial followed by US$24.90 per month. Other English-language application offers may include a 3-day free trial followed by US$39 per month. These subscriptions provide access to the application’s exercises and features. Only the offer you explicitly accept applies. The amount, free-trial length and renewal frequency appear before acceptance. A trial is a subscription and renews automatically unless canceled.

Other one-time purchases

The three-workbook English PDF pack offered after Speak Clearly is US$7.99, or US$3.99 when that offer is displayed. The complete 11-workbook English library offered after Speak Clearly is US$34.90, US$24.90 or US$14.90 according to the offer displayed and accepted. Other English-language offers may include an eleven-workbook English PDF bundle for US$24.90. Both complete collections include permanent access and downloads of all 11 PDFs. These purchases have no recurring fee. Prices are in US dollars; your card issuer may apply currency conversion charges.

Payments and the saved payment method

Stripe processes payments and securely stores payment credentials. We retain Stripe identifiers and transaction status, not the full card number or security code. Your payment method is saved for an optional purchase that you accept and for renewals of a subscription you accept. A saved card alone does not authorize an optional purchase. Your bank may require an additional verification step.

Access and cancellation

Access is associated with the email used at checkout. An access email is sent after you finish the offers, or after a short period of inactivity. You can request another access link from the application. Cancel renewal in the application subscription settings or the Stripe billing portal before the trial or current period ends. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the displayed end of the paid period or trial. Logging out or deleting a shortcut does not cancel a subscription. Purchased PDFs remain available to download after the application subscription ends.

Refunds and special guarantee

Main PDF workbook. You may request a full refund of the amount paid for the main PDF workbook purchased on the initial purchase page within 14 calendar days after payment. This voluntary policy does not automatically extend to additional packs, the library or an application subscription. A refund ends access to and the right to use the refunded product; other separately paid purchases remain available. If an application trial is linked to that purchase and its paid period has not yet begun, we will also cancel its automatic renewal when refunding the main purchase.

Subscriptions and additional purchases. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund a paid period that has already begun. Not using the application or changing personal plans does not, by itself, qualify for a full or prorated refund. Additional PDF packs and libraries do not have a separate voluntary change-of-mind refund right. These limitations do not apply to the special guarantee below, confirmed incorrect or duplicate charges, or cases where mandatory law provides a refund or another remedy.

Special guarantee if you see no results. If you followed the application’s program but did not notice improvements, you are entitled to a refund of the amount actually paid for the first paid subscription period when all the following conditions are met:

You contact info@voicebyindigo.com within the first 30 calendar days after taking out the subscription, including the start of any free trial, and before the current access period for that subscription ends.
During those first 30 days, you follow the program for at least 14 consecutive days and complete at least 14 sessions.
You provide application screenshots showing session dates or other available evidence of following the program. We may compare these with your account’s session history. Equivalent evidence is accepted if a technical fault in the service prevents the history from being displayed.
If your purchased offer includes a tutor or teacher, you submit the reports or questions required by the program on time and follow the recommendations received. This requirement does not apply to self-guided programs without a tutor. A failure by the service to respond will not be a reason for refusal.

This guarantee is an express exception to the general subscription non-refund rule, including when the subscription is purchased as an optional offer after a PDF purchase. It does not cover later renewals or separately purchased PDFs or packs; their refunds are governed by the other provisions of this section and mandatory law. Turning off automatic renewal does not, by itself, remove the guarantee if its conditions and deadlines are met. A free trial does not create an amount to refund before a payment has been made.

Requests and payment refunds. Write to info@voicebyindigo.com from the email used for the purchase. Include the product, payment date and amount or order number, the reason for your request and, only for the special guarantee, evidence of your sessions. We will check the applicable conditions and notify you of the outcome by email. Confirmed incorrect or duplicate charges are corrected without requiring 14 sessions. Refunds are made to the original payment method within the applicable deadlines. Refunding an application subscription ends access for the refunded period but preserves rights to other separately paid PDFs. Refunding the main PDF does not automatically refund an application payment already made: that payment is governed by the subscription rules, the guarantee and mandatory law.

Mandatory consumer rights. This voluntary policy supplements and does not limit rights under applicable law, including any applicable right to withdraw from a distance contract and remedies for digital products that are not supplied or do not conform to the contract. Exercising those rights does not require completing 14 sessions or proving a lack of results. Signing into an account or downloading a PDF does not, by itself, automatically remove a statutory withdrawal right. Any exception for immediately supplied digital content applies only when all relevant legal requirements are met.

Responsible use

Materials are licensed for personal use and may not be resold, published or shared with other accounts. Keep login links and passwords private. Exercises and automated voice feedback are educational; they are not medical diagnosis or treatment. No individual result is guaranteed. We may restrict misuse that harms other users or the service.

Changes and contact

The accepted price and offer govern the purchase. Changes are not applied retroactively to completed purchases; material changes to an active subscription will be communicated as required. For support, privacy requests or a complaint, write to info@voicebyindigo.com. Updated: 22 September 2026.
