Scope and contact

This policy describes data used by VoiceByIndigo on learn.voicebyindigo.com and its related applications. For questions or requests, write to info@voicebyindigo.com.

Data used

We process your email and optional name, purchase and subscription status, Stripe customer and payment identifiers, session identifiers, technical logs and interactions with the purchase flow. Applications store your progress, practice answers and recordings that you choose to submit. Passwords are stored as hashes. Full payment-card details are processed by Stripe.

Purposes

Data supports payment processing, delivery of purchased access, authentication, subscription management, saving progress, processing recordings, service emails, technical support and security. Where advertising measurement is enabled, Meta tools measure visits and purchase events. We do not publish your recordings as advertising.

Service providers

Stripe handles payments; Resend delivers service email; hosting and storage providers operate the applications and recordings; speech-processing services provide automated feedback. Meta receives advertising events when its tools are enabled. Providers may process data in other countries under their applicable terms and safeguards. We do not sell account or recording data.

Retention and security

We retain account and practice data while needed to provide the service, and transaction records as needed for accounting, support and legal obligations. Access tokens expire, application access is checked on the server, and connections use HTTPS. Request account or recording deletion by email; records required by law may need to be retained.

Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of your data. Use your purchase email when contacting us; we may need to verify that the account is yours. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority. Browser and advertising-account settings can restrict advertising cookies. See the cookie policy for details.
